Gotta Write

Well, actually, I’ll be on vacation starting tomorrow.  Then again, is a five hour flight with two preschoolers really the beginnings of a vacation? Okay, let’s just all agree that my vacation begins on Wednesday, after we arrive safe in California and have a full night’s sleep.

At any rate, you won’t hear much from me for the next week or so.  I’ll check in once in a while but darn it, I’m on vacation.  Yay, beach! Yay, Disneyland! Yay, relatives who can’t get enough of hanging out with my kids!

Yay!

I’m hoping the vacation refreshes me and gets my creative juices flowing.  Who knows…maybe all I need is some time on the West Coast to make clear to me the path of my main character.  Maybe California is the muse I have been looking for.
