Gotta Write

Someone who is smarter than I am is going to have to explain this one to me.

A friend of mine searched for me on Google and came across a bunch of sites in other languages.  She said there was a wide variety of languages, but she didn’t dare click on them because she didn’t want to risk infecting her computer with something malicious.  After all, for all she knew the header to sites could have actually read, “Click here for a virus!” She had no way of knowing since she doesn’t understand Greek/Japanese/Hebrew/etc.

I took a look, and indeed I’m peppered throughout a bunch of websites that I won’t click on either.  So here is what I think is going on…either I’ve hit it big in foreign countries and have a huge fan base without really knowing it, or there is some program out there that automatically inserts your name into a website’s description if you do a search under your name.

I think it’s the second one.  Besides, I’m pretty sure my agent would tell me if I’m a star in another country.

Oh, wait.  I don’t have an agent.
